.rar and .zip files need to be extracted before placing in the appropriate folder. to extract .rar files make sure you have 7 Zip or WinRar (I use 7 Zip) and then it is basic knowledge to place items there, some items however to use are slightly more complicated like Scripts, HUDs and some weapons (because some do not have an entity associated with it).

not far off Sakores I think he is looking for a site that has a mod that allows you to display HUD messages in game; however, as we both know it isn't mods but scripts. I'll take a look around but no promise that ill find one.

It is the .fpi script controlling your zombie you need to change, inside the .fpi script there will be a command on how far the player needs to be in order for the zombie to attack you, not sure where but it is in there, have a look and hopefully you will find it.
